1. VIA57 West – 62 West 57th Street
This luxury Midtown West apartment in NYC is definitely one of my favorites. It features the best Hudson River views, modern appliances, gym, fitness lounge, swimming pool, outdoor lounges with river views, reading room, party room and chef’s kitchen, among others. Apartments include vanity countertops, Bosch washer/dryers and Italian cabinetry. Units are modern, luminous and spacious.

2. 432 Park Avenue
This stunning high-rise building designed by Rafael Vinoly is the tallest residential building in NYC at 1396 feet. Its interiors were designed by Deborah Berke & Partners and are also the most photographed.
It’s located near Central Park, where the tower rises up from Park Avenue and includes awesome amenities, such as a screening room, billiard room, indoor pool, spa, restaurant and more!
3. 611 West 56th Street
This is a 35-story residential tower designed by architect Alvaro Siza. It overlooks the Hudson River and features a stone facade. Its completion is slated for the fall of 2018 and promises to surprise more than one resident.

4. The Bryant -16 West 40th St
This residential tower in Manhattan was designed by David Chipperfield. It’s a 34-story building which rises across Bryant Park in Midtown NY. It has a modern façade featuring amazing views of the park and city skyline.
It features a 230-room boutique hotel on floors 2 to 15 with a top-notch restaurant at ground level. It also includes two triplex penthouses, and its apartments will offer up to 5 bedrooms.

5. 100 East 53rd Street
Foster and Partners designed this luxury 63-story tower with a pleated glass façade. It includes 93 residences, and rises next to the iconic Seagram building.
